We believe resolving an issue shouldn't be complicated. When contacting us, just provide your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos or a short video may be requested when needed to help us quickly understand the problem.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
